Once we have received your enquiry, we will contact you as soon as possible either by email or telephone - whichever you would prefer, to provide you with a quote or to request further information to enable us to do so.

Once you have received our quote we will ask you to confirm whether you would wish to continue with your order. If your order relates to a celebration cake or a wedding cake we can arrange a mutually convienient time and place to meet to discuss your requirements and design. We can work from a design you have found / created, or we can create one together. It is also possible to do this by email or phone but this is your choice and what is most convienient to you.

A deposit is required at the time of placing your order. The type of product will determine the deposit required.

You can contact us at any time for updates on your order, although to ensure your order is as fresh as possible most baking will take place a couple of days before or the day before your order is due to be completed depending on the product.

Prepartion for celebration and wedding cakes such as accessories takes place over a number of weeks / months.

We are happy to deliver to your wedding / event venue. There may be an additional charge for this depending on the location of the venue, but this will be included in your initial quote. We will liaise with the venue to ascertain their procedures and requirements for delivery.

Additions and alterations may be made, as long as enough notice is given.

At the time of ordering you will specify when and where you would require your order to be delivered / collected. We will provide you with a three hour delivery / collection time estimate (unless a specific time is required of course). On the day of delivery / collection we will do our best to narrow the three hour estimate to within a 30 minute time frame.

Full payment is required 1 month prior to wedding orders and 2 weeks for all other cakes and bakes.
